The short version
Every theme comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Not what you expected? Email us within 14 days of purchase — full refund, no forms, no hard feelings.
How it works
Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase with your Stripe receipt or order number. We refund to your original payment method — usually visible on your statement within 3–5 business days.
After 14 days
The guarantee ends, but our support doesn’t: if something is genuinely broken, we fix it — and if we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we refund it, whatever the date.
Fair use
The guarantee exists so you can buy with confidence, not to borrow themes for free. We may decline refunds on repeated buy-and-refund patterns.
