Lumiere ships with everything wired: the cart drawer re-renders server-side, the wishlist survives a reload, the variant picker keeps the URL in sync, and every one of the 74 settings actually drives something. Nothing is held back behind a paid tier.

Do I need coding skills to use this theme?
No. Everything is configured in the Shopify theme editor: colours, typography, density, sections, menus. No file editing is required.
Which Shopify plan do I need?
Any plan — Basic and up. The theme uses Online Store 2.0, requires no Shopify Plus features and no paid apps.
Does it work with my language?
The storefront and the theme editor both ship with complete English and French translations. Any other language can be added through Shopify’s standard translation system.
Are third-party services loaded?
None. No map iframe, no analytics, no external fonts beyond Shopify’s own font service. Nothing about your visitors leaves the store on page load.
Is Lumiere really free?
Yes. No trial, no upsell, no watermark, no paid tier holding back the good parts. Give us an email address so we can tell you when a new theme lands, and the zip is yours.
How do updates and support work?
The version you download stays yours. Bug fixes are free and announced by email. Lumiere being free, support is best-effort with no guaranteed response time.
